Some services provided by APNIC were unavailable due to a cut fibre at the Brisbane co-location facility.

This occurred from 10:31 Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and a work-around was implemented at approximately 12:20 AEST.

Major services affected were:

    - APNIC websites
    - MyAPNIC
    - email
    - Whois
    - Reverse DNS (update only)

We apologize for the loss of facilities and for any inconvenience caused.

We have implemented a short-term solution to restore services to APNIC Members. While the organization responsible repairs the cut fibre, there may be additional brief outages before full service is restored.
