Description	During this time, the internal service responsible for publishing RRDP objects was not functioning correctly. The RRDP state as at 21:05 on 13 March remained in place until the internal service was fixed at 16:20 the next day, at which point all RPKI changes that happened during that period became visible in RRDP. While there was monitoring in place for catching this problem, the relevant thresholds were too relaxed, and have since been tightened. Extra monitoring has also been added as a fallback.
