Description	We had an outage on RDAP and RDAP History/Whowas for a maximum of 7 minutes. The problem was caused by a maintenance update on a Kubernetes cluster resulting in a window of no available pods in the service. Replication and Pod Disruption Budgets have been adjusted to remediate. All systems were back online by 21:37 (UTC +10).
