RRDP

A backend system that serves as an origin of the RPKI RRDP data was accidentally powered off during other maintenance work. Due to the RRDP responses being cached in a CDN configured to serve stale responses when origin servers are unavailable, only ~1.5% of queries received errors from locations where a cached response was not available. We are working on improving the time to detect this issue and there is other work in progress to add more origin servers which will reduce the impact of similar events in future.
