Services affected

There will be an outage of the NRTMv3 service of approximately 30 minutes during the migration, but it is expected this will be complete by 9am. During this window, NRTM mirroring will not occur.
Whois updates applied during maintenance will not be available for several hours. These updates will apply as the query nodes are brought up to date with the master. There may be additional latency for whois queries until maintenance is complete.
There will be a delay in seeing changes to the Whois database (either via MyAPNIC or email update) during the maintenance period.


APNIC will be performing an upgrade and maintenance on our whois infrastructure as an initial step towards replacing our NRTMv3 service with NRTMv4.
