RDAP and Whowas

This maintenance is required for deploying new features as described below to APNIC’s RDAP service. No service outages or interruptions are expected.

This software update contains features that will bring APNIC’s RDAP service into compliance with the NRO RDAP Profile. This involves implementing parts of sections 3.1, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 5.1.2, 5.2, and
6.5.1 of the profile. The profile is available at https://bitbucket.org/nroecg/nro-rdap-profile/raw/v1/nro-rdap-profile.txt.

This software update will also implement the ‘redirect with content’ extension, as described in https://raw.githubusercontent.com/APNIC-net/rdap-redirect-with-content/v1/apnic-rdap-redirect-with-content.txt.

This will allow clients to access resource registration data that APNIC has in its own right when the APNIC service redirects to another RDAP server.
