APNIC Inbound Calls
This maintenance is required for cutover to the new managed VOIP phone system. There will be an interruption to the phone system from 07:00 to 09:00 AM. While we have done our best to ensure a trouble-free cutover, if something unexpected happens it may take longer than the maintenance window to troubleshoot and resolve, we will provide regular updates to the service announcement if this occurs. During the maintenance window all inbound calls will be diverted to a separate number and may result in longer than usual delays to answer your calls.
