Transfer of historical Internet number resources

APNIC policies guide the transfer of historical Internet number resources.

How to proceed

  • If the IPv4 addresses or AS numbers (Internet number resources) are currently held under an APNIC account, the APNIC account holder must complete the Historical resource transfer form below and email the completed template to admin@apnic.net.
  • APNIC will review the request and upon approval, register the transferred resources in the APNIC Whois Database and notify the APNIC Member when the historical resource transfer has been completed.
