nir-19-002 The APNIC Secretariat to post APNIC financial information related to per address fees to the NIR SIG mailing list. The NIR fees WG will then use the information to further develop a proposal for more equitable IPv6 fees for NIRs. Completed.

Biography

Izumi Okutani performs Policy Liaison in JPNIC. She is in charge of outreach and training activities for Policy Development in Japan as well as involved in coordination between JP and AP communities since 2000. Izumi has served as NIR SIG Chair since 2005.

Ji-Young Lee

Biography

Ji-Young Lee is from KRNIC. She has 6 years' experience as a KRNIC system engineer, and she has participated in APNIC since 2007. She's now working for IPv6 IX (6NGIX) as a system engineer and in IP policy. She is highly skilled and takes pride in her work.

Jessica Shen

Biography

Jessica joined the China Network Information Center (CNNIC) in 2004. She is currently the leader of the IP group, which is responsible for address allocation, member services, and business cooperation. Jessica has been involved in IP addressing for seven years, including network operations experience, IP address management, policy, and NIR operations.

As part of CNNIC's IPv6 transition activities during the past two years, Jessica has been involved with IPv6 promotion in China, IPv4 and IPv6 policy suggestions for the government, training for CNNIC members, and public relations.
