APNIC Secretariat correspondence and feedback

Official correspondence to the APNIC Secretariat received from APNIC Members and the community will be published on this page. It was created in September 2025 by the Secretariat to increase feedback transparency and serves as an accessible archive of official correspondence between APNIC and external stakeholders.

For the purposes of this page, official correspondence refers to formal written communications to the APNIC Secretariat, which requires a response directly from the APNIC Director General (via signature or email). It does not include transactional communications that are a part of APNIC’s daily operations.

All official correspondence is covered by the Secretariat correspondence process.
