Training Event Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration
Should you wish to cancel your registration, a request should be sent to training@apnic.net stating your name, organization, contact details (postal and email address, telephone and fax numbers), and your registration reference number.
- Cancellations will incur a 10 per cent administration fee
- Cancellations made less than five working days before the training event will not be eligible for a refund.
If you cannot attend an event, you can nominate a substitute at any time without payment of an administration fee.
Transfer of registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to training@apnic.net. Details must include the full name of the substitute person, their title, telephone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
Changes to the training schedule
If, for any reason, a training event is postponed or cancelled, APNIC will give you the option to either:
- Carry over your previous registration to the new scheduled event
