APNIC supports Internet growth and development in the Asia Pacific region by providing training and education services. The Training Program fulfills this goal by responding to the needs of our Members and other stakeholders through the delivery of training courses and involvement in other educational initiatives.

APNIC eLearning

Webclasses

Trainers interact with students via IM chat and use features like virtual whiteboards and screen-sharing

APNIC's eLearning-Interactive System allows APNIC Training to deliver live webclasses on Internet Resource Management (IRM), DNS, Security, and IPv6 deployment to students across the region.

These webclasses form part of APNIC's Blended Learning Environment, which combines face-to-face training, and collaborative workshops to provide continuity of learning.

Delivery of these classes focus on time-zones to enable people from different economies to participate

The duration of each class is 1 hour. Classes are delivered regularly focused on the following 3 sub regions.

Session 1: Pacific and Oceania 10:30 - 11:30 (UTC + 10)
Session 2: South East Asia  12:30 - 13:30 (UTC + 10)
Session 3: South Asia 14:30 - 15:30 (UTC + 10)
