Description	Due to an error during infrastructure maintenance, APNIC’s RPKI AS0 rsync and RRDP repositories were intermittently publishing older, expired copies of the relevant RPKI objects. This could have led to some RPKI relying parties (RPs) ignoring the relevant objects, such that those RPs would not have taken the AS0 ROA into account for the purpose of validating routes in BGP. The issue was not rectified immediately due partly to conflicting monitoring data and partly to assumptions about there being problems with the monitoring, based on the content of the received alerts. New processes and monitoring improvements to mitigate the risk of similar issues coming up in the future have been implemented. APNIC apologises for any inconvenience this have caused.
