Please use the APNIC Historical Maintainance form to manage historical resources in the APNIC Whois Database.
This form is for use by holders of historical resources that do not have an APNIC member account. Existing APNIC members can contact APNIC directly to organize updates to their historical resources.
If you are not an APNIC member or you do not have an existing relationship with APNIC, use this form to request the right to have changes made to your historical resource database object including the registration of your own maintainer as the mnt-lower or mnt-routes attribute.
To request this change you must sign an APNIC non-member agreement and pay and annual account fee of AUD 127.00.

Please note that all resources updated under this procedure will become subject to all current APNIC resource registration policies.
How to complete the APNIC historical maintain form (text version)
Complete the text form in text and submit it by email to APNIC. Please note that it will be first be parsed by machine before it is passed onto the APNIC Secretariat. Therefore, you must ensure that:
- Your email is sent in plain ASCII text only
- You do not modify any of the template lines starting with #[
- You do not modify any of the field names in the templates
