Who can be nominated?
Any individual can be nominated. Candidates do not need to be representatives of a current APNIC Member organization.
Who can make a nomination?
APNIC Member’s Corporate Contacts, or the authorized Member Contact with voting rights given by the Member’s Corporate Contact can make a nomination.
Can I nominate myself?
Yes. If you are a Corporate Contact or authorized Member Contact with voting rights of a current APNIC Member organization, you may nominate yourself. Otherwise your Corporate Contact must authorize the nomination.
When can I make a nomination?
Nominations open approximately 8 weeks before the APNIC’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) day of the first APNIC Conference of each year (held as a conference track of APRICOT). Nominations close approximately 2 weeks before AGM day.
For the next election during APNIC 45 in Kathmandu, you can make a nomination from Thursday, 4 January 2018 until 17:30 (UTC +10) Monday, 12 February 2018.
How can a nomination be submitted?
Please submit your nomination via the online nomination form on the relevant meeting website.
