- Izumi Okutain performs Policy Liason in JPNIC. She is in charge of outreach and training activities for Policy Development in Japan as well as involved in co-ordination between JP and AP communities since 2000. She has served as NIR SIG Chair since 2005.

David Chen has participated in the APNIC community since APNIC 12. He is a senior engineer in Taiwan Network Information Center.
David believes the NIR community is a very good platform for NIRs to share information and discuss issues which are concerned in the community. David has served the community as NIR SIG Co-chair since 2005.

- Biography:
- Billy Cheon is a Manager of KRNIC IP team. He served as APNIC EC from 2005 to 2007. He has good knowledge on NIR political and operational issues with 10 years experience in IP community of AP region.
