Ma Yan works in at the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications(BUPT), Beijing, China.
Ma Yan is responsible for the planning, construction and operation of computer campus network of BUPT. He has participated in the construction and operation of China Education and Research Network (CERNET) and is a Technique Board member of CERNET, and CNGI/CERNET2 which is one of the backbones of China Next Generation Internet project.
Ma Yan is also an APNIC EC member, serving from March 2008 to March 2010.

- Biography:
- Dr. Ching-Heng Ku currently is the Director of IP Department of Taiwan Network Information Center. He has worked and researched in networking for several years. He has ever participated in the architecture plan and operation of Taiwan Research Network, the deployment of the roaming environment of the Wireless LAN between all universities in Taiwan, the VoIP and ENUM testing, the IPv6 Development and Deployment Program, and holding the APNIC meeting. He also takes in charge of the Secretariat of Asia Pacific IPv6 Task Force for two years, and holding the Asia Pacific IPv6 summit and Asia Pacific IPv6 Task Force meeting.
