MyAPNIC is a secure services website that allows you to manage your Internet resources and your account interactions with APNIC online, anytime.

MyAPNIC users can log in with a username and password to access information such as:

  • Current and past membership payments
  • APNIC resources held by their organization
  • Current open tickets in the APNIC email ticketing system
  • Monitor address space assignments
  • Current open tickets in the APNIC email ticketing system
  • Access Internet Resource tools such as looking glass
  • Vote in online elections
  • View the user profile page
  • View user access levels
  • View the history of staff attendance at APNIC events
  • Use Resource Certification
  • View account payment issues
  • Update their contact details

NOTE: Some MyAPNIC features require you to install an APNIC digital certificate.

About MyAPNIC

To access MyAPNIC you or your organization must have an APNIC account.

When you initially log in to MyAPNIC, as well as creating a username and password, you also have to provide your APNIC account name, your full name, and your email address.


Accessing MyAPNIC


Existing MyAPNIC users

Existing MyAPNIC users are registered contacts that hold valid APNIC digital certificates.

  • If your certificate has expired you should renew it before accessing MyAPNIC

Registered contacts

Every APNIC account is associated with a list of staff from a particular organization.

  • These people are regarded as registered contacts.
  • Registered contacts are introduced by the Corporate Contact to deal with APNIC on a variety of tasks including billing and training.
  • Registered contacts also include Corporate Contacts
Be introduced by an existing contact
Get your contact to email Helpdesk with your:
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Account name

Not an existing MyAPNIC user?

To obtain access to MyAPNIC, the following conditions are to be met:

  1. There is a Corporate Contact appointed for the account you are obtaining MyAPNIC access to.
  2. This Corporate contact has access to MyAPNIC with an APNIC digital certificate.
  3. This Corporate Contact approves your MyAPNIC access registration, using your APNIC issued token.
If you are the only contact for your account and also the appointed Corporate Contact, you will need to install a valid APNIC digital certificate in your browser before you register for MyAPNIC access.
