Additional information

This section is for you to provide whatever other details you feel may help justify the second opinion request. In particular, it will help APNIC evaluate the request if you can provide:

• your organisation's own evaluation or recommendations for the requesting customer
• the network topology of the customer or end site via diagrams OR
• detailed explanations the address space usage and subnetting plans

If you are requesting an IPv6 second opinion:

1. Please explain why the customer network needs more than a /48 assignment. You must provide full details to justify multiple /48 assignments to an end-site.
2. Please provide a network diagram that shows the IPv6 network implementation.
