The existing resource holder template is used to identify the organisation that will be transferring resources to an APNIC account holder.

This field is optional.

If you do not have an account name, please continue to the next question.

If the holder of historical resources registered in the APNIC Whois Database has an APNIC account name, please enter this information.

If you have forgotten your account name, please contact admin@apnic.net. You will need to provide details of the name and location of your organisation.

Please enter the official name of the organisation.

Please enter the contact address of the organisation. Please enter the full details of the address, including the city, state, and postcode.

This attribute describes the relationship of the person completing the form to the organisation holding historical resources.

Common values for this attribute are: employee, officer, manager, or consultant.
