Member Contacts
The account information for APNIC Members is kept strictly confidential. To ensure the account information is protected from unauthorized access, APNIC will only accept requests or inquiries from the authorized contacts. Authorized contacts are registered against each APNIC account. These contacts are Corporate, Technical, and Billing. To avoid APNIC services to your organization being interrupted, it is important that APNIC Members maintain correct and up-to-date contact details.

Corporate ContactsCorporate Contacts represent the Member's organization in all matters related to APNIC and are also responsible for updating the authorized contacts for the Member's organization. These responsibilities can be managed via MyAPNIC (Example: to manage contacts go to the 'Home' tab, then click on 'Manage Contacts'). Corporate Contacts' responsibilities also include approving MyAPNIC access and delegating voting rights for non-Corporate Contacts. |

Technical ContactsTechnical contacts have all the authorizations related to technical matters such as:
Once logged into MyAPNIC, technical contacts can also update their APNIC Whois objects and cast a vote online (if they have voting rights), among other things. |

Billing ContactsThe billing contact receives the invoice for annual membership renewal fees and the account's billing history. Once logged into MyAPNIC, billing contacts can also update their billing details and cast a vote online (if they have voting rights), among other things. |
Note:
- To appoint a new Corporate Contact, please complete the Corporate Contact Form
- To remove the only Corporate Contact from an account, a new Corporate must be appointed first. The new Corporate Contact can make an update request by sending their completed form to admin@apnic.net
- Billing and technical contacts can be added by the Corporate Contact via MyAPNIC or for further assistance the Corporate Contact can notify admin@apnic.net
