Proposal prop-009: Delegation of 2.0.0.2.ip6.arpa

Synopsis

This is a proposal for Regional Internet Registries to register the appropriate 2.0.0.2.ip6.arpa reverse DNS delegation at the same time as providing the in-addr.arpa delegation for IPv4 address space.
