Why should you sponsor APNIC 26?

Be part of a highly credible global technical community forum

Your brand will be aligned with the APNIC meeting, an important event for the Internet industry.

Target the niche Internet market

APNIC meeting sponsors have a valuable opportunity to expose their organisations, products and services to an international audience of Internet leaders. Unlike attendees at larger trade shows, APNIC meeting participants are predominantly Internet networking specialists from across the region.

Help encourage growth in the Asia Pacific Internet community

Sponsorship revenue significantly reduces delegate participation costs, which can be particularly important for those from developing economies.

Sponsorship opportunities

Social events The APNIC 26 social program allows participants and vendors to interact in a relaxed and informal setting. There are a number of events proposed for the social event calendar:
  • New Zealand cultural experience
This event features a traditional Maori performance and a hangi (traditional Maori cooking using hot stones in an underground pit).

  • International Antarctic Centre
Christchurch is the gateway to the Antarctic. This venue recreates an Antarctic environment for visitors, and is a unique and unforgettable experience.

  • Town Hall organ demonstration
This visit to a New Zealand landmark features a captivating organ demonstration. A similar event recently at RIPE 53 in Amsterdam received rave reviews from attendees.

Day sessions Promote your brand throughout the meeting sessions and during the breaks. Your support will be advertised during our seminar and plenary program and Special Interest Group (SIG) sessions.
Fellowships APNIC invites network engineers from developing economies to attend the training and policy sessions free of charge. They can then return to their organisations and pass on the information and knowledge they have gained at the APNIC meeting.
Remote participation Remote participation is a key element of the policy development process. It allows members from across the region and beyond to access the meeting content through live audio and video streaming, live transcripts, and chat.
Training You can support technical professional training by sponsoring the APNIC training program, which features local and overseas guest lecturers.
