Each year, the APNIC community has the chance to come together for policy development, decision-making, education, information sharing, and networking - both professional and social. The first Open Policy Meeting of each year is held as a conference track of APRICOT and the second as a standalone meeting.

- APNIC 26 was held in Christchurch, New Zealand from 25-29 August 2008.

- APNIC 27 will be held in conjunction with APRICOT 2009 in Manila, Philippines from 18-27 February 2009
- APNIC 28 will be held in Beijing, China from 24-28 August 2009
- APNIC 29 will be held in conjunction with APRICOT 2010 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 24 February - 5 March 2010
