[WG-IRR] NRTM of RIPE database

I'm currently doing some work for APNIC to help get a pilot IRRd service
running. One of the things we want to achieve is getting a NRTM running
for the RIPE database.

I've taken a snapshot of the RIPE data from ftp.ripe.net and am currently
loading it. As I type it's 23 hours into the load and I estimate it has a
while to run yet!

The host which we are running the pilot on has IP address 202.12.29.129
and I'd like the relevant access opened so that we can start the mirror as
soon as I've got the data loaded.
