Hi Toshi and all,


The biggest concern we have among our LIRs is that they do not know if
their IPv4 networks are large enough to be taken into consideration,
so I think we should provide more details about this.

The wording may need more brushing up, but I would like to get this
points across clearly somewhere in the guidelines:

You are likely to be eligible for an initial allocation criteria if
you

 - meet the current IPv4 allocation criteria          AND
 - receive the current IPv4 allocation as an LIR      AND
 - plan to tranfer the v4 infrastructure to IPv6

Note: this is just to provide an idea, and not guarantee the initial
      allocation
