Another question, is this proposal also will eliminate the Small Multihoming under IPv4 ? since in here you also put the members with tier /24 , /23 and /22 ?
This proposal has no effect on address policy matters, however a member who has received a small multihoming assignment would be assessed under this system and then pay membership fees accordingly. For a member holding a /24 the annual fee is $360.
