Dear Paul, Thank you for the proposal. I just want to make a clear on your proposal:1. About the Tier Membership for member that already have both IPv4 and IPv6, is it will be charged as 2 seperate accounts ?
2. About the 50% discount for NIR members: If they have an IPv6, is it the same fees structure will be apply as in IPv4 ?
3. There are several discussion in our member that suggest about the fee structure for more than a /16: - Fees are being raised up on reducing of 1 bit (not 2 bits as in the proposal).
