[Wg-apnic-fees] APNIC membership fee structure proposal

Dear APNIC Member,

The attached paper introduces a proposed new membership fee structure  
for APNIC.
The proposed structure includes fees for regular APNIC members and  
for NIR members,
and removes the existing "per address" fee for allocations to NIRs.

It should be considered as a "candidate" structure, presented for  
discussion rather
than a final decision at APNIC 22.

The proposed date for implementation of a new structure is 1 January  
2008.

Further discussions will be made during the APNIC 22 member meeting.
Comments or clarifications sought in this list is welcomed.
