Paul et al, The already published document makes no mention of the existing US$2500 one off fee: -- A member's first address allocation request is subject to an IP resource application fee of US$2,500. Subsequent allocations are free of charges. -- This barrier is a significant one and I believe it acts as a major deterrent to many potential Very Small or Small members. I find it difficult to see that the costs of servicing that first address allocation are really that high. I'd hope to see that fee significantly reduced or removed altogether. If it remains the cost of a /24 allocation under the new regime is US$860 if you spread out the costs over 5 years. andy
