i was trying to be nice.  but ask me twice ...

this is a waste of time and money on a half-<bleep> design.

i will propose something a bit more rigorous and scientific in
bali.

It would be far more useful for all of us if we could identify transit networks are not updating filters in line with allocation actions. I suspect that with resources such as PlanetLabs and some route injection this might well be feasible - yes? Does this sit within your concept of something useful Randy?
