Dear colleagues
The eight-week final comment period for the proposal, [prop-035-v002]
"IPv6 portable assignment for multihoming", has now ended. During the
comment period, there were no objections to the proposal. Therefore I
formally request the APNIC Executive Council to endorse this proposal.

The final comment period for the proposal ended on 17 November 2006.
During the comment period, there was one comment in favour and no
comments against the proposal.
