[sig-policy] Policy Proposals [prop-005-v005] and [prop-031-v002]



Dear All,
 
The OPM consensus  were announced to the mailing list for 8 weeks.  The comment period
is due and the result is shown below.
 
[prop-005-v005] : Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) policy for
allocation of IPv6 blocks to Regional Internet Registries
  *There were no objections to the proposal received on the mailing list.  I would like
    to confirm the proposal has reached consensus both at the meeting and on the mailing
    list.
 
[prop-031-v002] : Proposal to amend APNIC IPv6 assignment and utilisation
requirement policy to amend the IPv6 HD ratio from 0.8 to 0.94
   *One person was opposed to the proposal.  There were no substantial objections
  to the proposal. I would like to confirm the proposal has reached consensus both at the
  meeting and on the mailing list.
 

According to APNIC policy development process, the policy proposals should be reviewed
and endorsed by the Executive Council.
