Description: 	According to Donald Gaminitillake, "Sri Lanka is a 
developing country with a not-so-unique problem regarding information 
technology. It has computers but they still cannot function largely 
in the indigenous languages. It was once feared that technology would 
replace employees. However, at present it will only alter the 
employees' perceptions and approaches to their jobs, colleagues, and 
organisation. For Sri Lanka to be a global competitor, a skilled, 
technologically literate work force is needed..."
