As you know, Digital Opportunity Channel is running an online
opinion poll on who should be the intermediaries for initiating
ICT-enabled development at the grassroots level. This poll is based
on recent discussions on the issue in our discussion forum:
'Information Society: Voices from the South', and we will include
the poll results in our reports.
