.ORG Advisory Council

The Public Interest Registry, recently appointed by ICANN to operate the
registry for the .org domain, has issued a call for nominations to the
.ORG Advisory Council.

The Public Interest Registry was established to facilitate and support
the continuing evolution of the Internet as a research, education and
communication infrastructure, and to stimulate the involvement of the
non-profit community, and others, in the continuing growth and evolution
of the Internet.
