* "Enabling E-Commerce in India" Conference Results 

The results if the e-commerce conference "Enabling E-Commerce in 
India" are now available on the GIIC website. It is being updated on 
a daily basis with the transcripts of the conference. The conference 
produced the first non-government White Paper on e-commerce law and 
taxation in India, which will feed into a consultative process 
between the private sector, government officials, and international 
organizations to create an appropriate environment for e-commerce in
