Global E-quality Network website launched

The European Centre for Digital Communication has launched the Global 
E-Quality Network website. The Global E-Quality Network facilitates 
and coordinates the activities for an open virtual thematic research 
network, where an interactive and dynamic knowledge exchange can take 
place by offering its members a framework for e-publishing and e-
discussions. The Network is a follow-up to the successful Infonomics 
conference 'Global E-Quality. Rethinking ICTs in Africa, Asia and 
Latin-America', held in Maastricht last year.
