Re: SEMINAR-HELSINKI: Free/Libre and Open Source Software in the Developing Countries...
This is a very good seminar especially for the small island developing
countries like those in the Pacific including my own country Samoa. Can you
please advice of any future seminars for free software. Free software is
what we need in our small countries with small economies, vulnerable ot
environmental hazards, small markets, and isolation from the rest of the
world. I am inspired by Dr Villanueva's passion of free software which is
what we need in this part of the world. I would love to participate in
another Free software seminar.
