of more than 3.5 million registered users to identify the countries 
and geographic regions with the highest concentrations of certified 
professionals in 30 of the most critical information technology skill 
areas. Results were sorted by country and consolidated into an 
overall indicator of the total number of certified IT professionals 
in all 30 categories." According to this report, The top 10 IT IQ 
countries in 2001 were: 1) United States 2) India 3) Russian 
Federation 4) Ukraine 5) Canada 6) Romania 7) United Kingdom 8) 
Bulgaria 9) Pakistan 10) Australia
