Re: [GLOBAL-V6]IPv6 Policy Proposal for LACNIC Region

There have been various attempts to identify the guy over a number
of years, and no success. There even used to be a web site about him,
but I think it went away.

http://www.gtld-mou.org/gtld-discuss/mail-archive/08030.html
is a few years old, but quite amusing. I don't know what the truth
is, but it is certainly not simple.
