Well this is only a leading and/or suggestive question. Hence not
much different than your first version in statement form. And so still
you are suggesting in question form of setting one region off against
another, sooner or later. Hence the answer is or should be no,
as to do so would be ill advised.
Perhaps you are having recurring Freudian slips? >;)
