Could you elaborate on why IPv6 is exposes more of my privacy
than IPv4 currently does?

Except for the fact that I now do get enough address space without
much hassle and because of that some ISP's like to register that
space in the registries exposing eg my name in the whois.
And also except RFC3041 addresses.

IMHO the real problem with IPv6 is the fact that there is no
multihoming.... working on that in the near (november) future ;)
