Thank you for understand our situation.
Some ISPs in Asia already started or will start soon IPv6 commercial
services. One of them already got more than a hundred paying
IPv6 customers. Current "Provisional Policy" is far insufficient
for them.
Discussion would last forever if we seek complete consensus.
I rather like more prototyping approach, to decide quickly,
get experience and feedback. This is what our Internet
community has been doing.
Regarding global policy, I am very happy to see very global
discussion here in this mailing list. I attended all recent
APNIC(of course!), RIPE, ARIN meetings and felt
IPv6 discussion in each region had been very different,
which had worried and actually disappointed me a little bit.
Let's keep discussing here globally.
