2002:<IPV4>::/48 is 6to4, see http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3056.txt

The Microsoft pages make the 6to4 support perfectly clear for Win2K:

Note "6to4cfg", not "ipv8cfg".

And AAAA records are not for IPv6 either, right?

Where are the RFCs on IPv8?

Any schoolkid can define IPvNN and put up a web page about it.  The
proof of the pudding is in the peer review and acceptance of open standards 
(RFCs) through which the Internet evolves, and the vendor adoption of those 
standards.  The IPv8 pudding doesn't seem to be very filling... not one
RFC, but in contrast there are dozens of IPv6 RFCs, and dozens more drafts.
