[bgp-stats] new daily update sent to the bgp-stats list

Hi everyone,

As you will have noticed, after many requests I've added a daily
analysis snapshot obtained from the Routeviews system, specifically from
route-views.oregon-ix.net.

The snapshot from GMT 00:00 is taken from the OIX archive (NOT from the
router itself), processed here in Brisbane, with the analysis sent to
this list.

Note that the Routeviews snapshot can include prefixes from
participants' iBGP also, with the usual caveat that goes with that.

I'm currently working on getting the webpage and an explanation of the
report back on-line. More news soon.
