resolution service. The service went "online" on June
1 and provides a cost-effective forum for resolving
disputes over unfair domain name registrations for
domain names ending in ".nz".

us: Car dealership alleges copycat Web site led to
porn
When people visited what they thought was the Web site
for Munday Chevrolet recently, they found pornography
rather than information on new and used cars,
according to a lawyer for the dealer. The outraged
owners of the north Houston-area car dealer responded
by suing June 8 in a South Florida federal court to
claim ownership to www.mundaychevrolet.com, which is
slightly different from the Munday Chevrolet's actual
Web address, www.munday-chevrolet.com.
