and received serious sentences, according to the first
national study of the problem by researchers at the
University of New Hampshire in Durham. The study found
the majority of child pornography possessors caught by
the justice system had downloaded sexually explicit
images of very young children and images that
graphically depicted sexual penetration. More than
half had molested a child or attempted to do so.

ONI Releases Report, "Internet Filtering in Iran"
The university-based OpenNet Initiative (ONI) released
?Internet Filtering in Iran,? a report that documents
the degree and extent to which the Iranian government
controls the information environment in which its
citizens live, including websites, blogs, email, and

classified as child pornography, unless providers can
