COE Draft Protocol On Racism And Xenophobia Posted
Following an unsuccessful request by several groups to the Council of
Europe to release the preliminary draft of the First Additional
Protocol to the Convention on cybercrime, which aims at criminalizing
acts of a racist or xenophobic nature through computer networks, the
