From BNA Internet Law News... UKRAINE PRESIDENT NOT A FAN OF THE NET Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma has condemned the Internet, saying it has become a tool for political warfare and muckraking. In Ukraine, the Internet is one of the few areas where the free press has flourished, away from the long arm of the state and other vested interests.
